This delicate Arbosana is sweet and fruity with a creamy mouth feel.  Flavor notes include green almond banana.  More bitter than pungent, this mild oil is very balanced.

California Koroneiki

Robust Intensity

Certified organic, early harvery Koroneiki olives are picked and quickly crushed to create this robust example.  Slightly bitter with mild herbaceous notes and lingering green bananas indicative of Koroneiki

This outstanding example of Coratina has been lauded and chosen as an outstanding Extra Virgin Olive Oil by many tasters for having an extremely high score in green fruitiness.  This example is very robusy but creamy, herbal and complex.  The attributes display cut grass, apple peel and herbaceous notes of peppery arugula.

Crafted by Boundary Bend/Cobram Estate, this highly awarded Picual has won a gold medal in a domestic olive oil competition.  Viscous & creamy, the notes include red tomato, banana mash and stone fruit.  Delicate in intensity, but extremely flavorful and fruity.

Fresh, green and herbal.  Basil and olive oil are two integral ingredients in Mediterranean cooking.  So it's no surprise that the two are wonderful together!  Try it on a summer salad or caprice and let your taste buds travel to the shores of the mediterranean.

Blood Orange Olive Oil

Whole Fruit Fused Agrumato

As blood oranges and Tunisan olives ripen, we press them together to form this beautiful agrumato, or combination of whole, fresh citrus crushed with olives.  This oil is exceedingly versatile; use it on fish and seafood, chicken ,fruit, salads, brownies and much more.

Butter Olive Oil


This creamy extra virgin olive oil is naturally infused with the rich flavor of butter.  Use this golden, vegetarian, dairy free olive oil as a butter substitute in baking or anywhere else you might use melted butter.  Drizzle it over hot popcorn, pasta, bread or rice.  Mix it into mashed potatoes or serve it with your favorite seafood dishes.

Cayenne Chili Olive Oil

Made exclusively at our organic mill in Tunisia by crushing 12 pounds of fresh, whole ripe cayenne chilies for each gallon of 100% organic EVOO.  The oil and fresh chilies are fused for two hours before decanting and filtering.  An essential ingredient for all North African fare: harissa, couscous, seafood, relish, salsa, roasted lamb, chicken and BBQ!  Aptly named, "Chili-Head Heaven".

Chipotle Olive Oil

The smoky flavor of this chili-infused oil is great for marinating steaks and brushing on grilled chicken or seafood.  Drizzle over vegetables or pizza for a spicy meal.  An excellent dipping oil for artisan breads, finishing oil for soups, pasta or grain dishes and a wonderful base for dressings and marinades.

Cilantro & Roasted Onion Olive Oil

Made with perfectly blended flavors of roasted, sweet Cippolini onions and cilantro.  Wonderful with sauteed vegetables and great as a marinade for meat, fish and poultry.

Whole Fruit Fused Agrumento

Our Eureka Lemon Olive Oil is produced by pressing whole, fresh lemons together with late harvest olives at the time of crush.  Its light, refreshing flavor is just perfect to saute shrimp or scallops, or to drizzle on chicken or fish.  Citrus oil is great on salads, in marinades and for baking.

Harissa Infused Olive Oil

Most popular in North Africa and the Middle East, Harissa is made with smoked chili peppers, garlic, caraway, coriander, and cumin, which are pounded into a paste and left overnight to develop its flavors.  We’ve added more peppers to this by popular demand, making it our hottest infused EVOO!

Herbs de Provence Olive Oil

With top notes of savory, thyme and bay leaf, our all natural Herbs de Provence Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a show stopper when drizzled over grilled chicken, rubbed on turkey before roasting, for bread dipping, or in an aioli.

Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil

Gremolata is a traditional Italian herb condiment consisting of fresh lemon zest, minced garlic, Italian flat leaf parsley and a hint of mint.  The herbs and citrus zest are crushed together in a mortar to release their pungent essential oils.  Try finishing your fish with this exciting flavor combination.  It is also traditionally served with osso buco, veal and other slow braised dishes to add a zip of flavor.

Rosemary Olive Oil

Made with fresh wild rosemary that's crushed with fresh, Certified Organic early harvest Chetoui olives using 100% mechanical cold extraction methods, this fused herb oil embodies the heart and soul of rosemary.  It is both complex and aromatic.

Use anywhere rosemary might be used.  Amazing with poultry, pork or lamb.  Spectacular drizzled over sautéed vegetables.  Mind-blowing with roasted potatoes.

Black and White Truffle Oils are available in 60ml ($5) and 200ml ($15) bottles.  Sesame and Walnut Oils are available in 60ml ($3) and 200ml ($9) bottles.

Black Truffle Olive Oil

This late fall, early winter truffle is used in the making of this savory oil.  A ‘tea method’ is utilized which steeps the ripe truffles for extended periods of time in olive oil.  The closely guarded, proprietary process yields our heady, complex Black Truffle oil.  No extracts or chemicals are used in its production.  Fantastic in cream-based soups, risotto or mashed potatoes!

Japanese Roasted Sesame Oil

Our Japanese dark toasted sesame oil is roasted slow and low, and then pressed in small batches.  It has tremendous depth of flavor and mouth-feel.  One of the most flavorful and fragrant oils in the world!

Roasted French Walnut

Our handcrafted, Roasted Walnut Oil is made in Saumur, France strictly following 150 year-old traditional methods: slowly roasted to perfection, then expeller-pressed and lightly filtered.  It adds a rich walnut taste to salad dressing, pasta, grilled meat, fresh baked pastries, and makes a great bread dip.

White Truffle Olive Oil

A connoisseur’s olive oil!  If you like the flavor and aroma of white truffle, then you’ll love this oil.  Made in Italy in an artisan fashion without the use of any extracts, this olive oil is smooth, while having an unmistakable intense white truffle flavor.  Great as a finishing oil, in mashed potatoes, or drizzled on popcorn!  It also makes an amazing aioli.
